We will be maintaining our Covid cleaning methods and standards throughout 2022 and beyond…

As hospitality owners, your safety and peace of mind (and that of our staff) is really important to us.

To help us prepare and keep in line with current regulations, we have taken a special hospitality Covid-19 Cleaning course. We have also signed up to the Visit England ‘We’re Good to Go’ and the AA accreditation which required us to give evidence of our methods, protocols and products/disinfectants.

Please be reassured that we take your safety seriously. We will take all necessary precautions in line with the Government advice to reduce the risk of coronavirus.

This means we will follow advice on

  • when to open
  • how many people will be allowed on site and 
  • how social distancing rules can be applied
  • increased cleaning routines in the yurts and all facilities
  • using effective cleaning methods and products – we will use Log 7 disinfectant that eliminates the virus (the same as NHS uses)

We will be cleaning shared/ communal areas such as the utility room and cook-hut frequently throughout your stay.

We will also provide each guests with their own set of cooking pots and pans, plates/bowls, crockery and cups, t-towels and hand towels etc for use in the utility room.

Cleaning products will be available here if you wish to be extra vigilant and clean inside the yurts/bathrooms during your stay.

We will temporarily remove the games/activities that are normally on site to prevent the potential spread of coronavirus germs.
