Cancellations: If you can not come due to lockdown/tier restrictions applying to your date of stay, we will in the first instance, work with you to find alternative 2021 dates. If the new dates are of a different price, the difference will need to be paid 30 days before the booking start date. If new dates can not be agreed, WE WILL OFFER A REFUND (minus admin fee).

Refunds will NOT be made for guests who can not come due to self-isolating – we recommend taking out Holiday Cancellation Insurance with Covid cover to claim against.

If you can not come due to other circumstances, we will refund if we can re-let the dates as per our standard T&C’s so please give as much notice as possible. 

Refunds will depend on how much the dates re-let for, minus admin fees.

During these uncertain times we appreciate that we need to be flexible. 

From September 2020, the deposit amount will be just 30% but please note this is non-refundable deposit as we have costs that we need to meet in order to stay in business 🙈 

All bookings made for stays outside of Lockdown period are subject to our standard terms and conditions.
✅ When you book direct there are no hidden costs – service fees/cleaning fees etc and we are able to give you a better price. Use code #BookDirect&Save at the checkout to get £20 off you booking.
✅ We take 30% payment as non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance 30 days before your holiday start date.*
✅The only ‘extra’ charges are for bedding, bringing a dog/s which is £27, or if you order a breakfast hamper £25 (paid at time of booking).
✅If you require extra wood for your woodburner/campfire, you can buy this on site (cash only).
✅Pizza parties can be requested and paid for on site (cash only – please see our blog)
✅The prices are per yurt, not per person, with a limit of 5 adults or a family of 6 per yurt.
✅Our weekends are 3 nights from Friday to Monday. We charge less for the Sunday night therefore you have the option  of staying the night, or having a late check-out of 3pm on the Sunday.

How to Book

To check our availability please use the calendar above or on the Home page. As you highlight your desired start/end dates and press Book Now, the prices and available yurts will appear. Remember to use your code #BookDirect&Save at the checkout to get £20 off.

The dark green squares indicate dates available to check-in. It is not possible to check in on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday. *If it is short notice and we appear to have availability, give us a call – we may be able to be flexible.

Further details

Between April – early July and in September/October we offer 2 night minimum midweek breaks. You can check-in on Monday or Wednesday (or Tuesday only if wishing to stay until Friday morning).

In high season and school holidays we offer Monday – Friday and Friday – Monday breaks only. 


 * We have recently changed how we take payments. Previously we took 100% at the time of booking, but now take 30% (non-refundable deposit) at time of booking and 70% balance 30 days before your holiday begins. Please note the initial 30% is NON-REFUNDABLE. We hope spreading the cost will make it easier for people to afford. If you do not/cannot make the second payment, please talk to us! If we do not receive the balance within 7 days of when it is due, we will contact you, and if we can’t we will assume you no longer want these dates and will re-let. You will not be refunded the deposit. Again, the deposit is non-refundable! If you have paid in full and then cannot take your holiday, we will refund the balance (minus any charges via Stripe or OTA) if we can re-let the dates. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HOLIDAY INSURANCE.
