If you find you cannot take your holiday, please let us know as soon as possible. For dates more than 8 weeks in advance, we will issue a refund. If less than 8 weeks, and we can re-let the dates we will refund minus a small admin fee and payment system (Stripe) charge. Refunds will depend on how much the dates are re-let for as prices vary, so the more notice we have, the better. Please note that if you book via a 3rd party, their commission charge can not be refunded (another good reason to book direct!)
We do not refund for guests who can not come due to self-isolating – we recommend taking out Holiday Cancellation Insurance with Covid cover to claim against.

We take 30% payment as non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the balance 30 days before your holiday start date.
The only ‘extra’ charges are for bedding, bringing a dog/s which is £27, or if you order a breakfast hamper £25 (paid at time of booking).
If you require extra wood for your woodburner/campfire, you can buy this on site (cash only).
Pizza parties can be requested and paid for on site (cash only – please see our blog)
The prices are per yurt, not per person, with a limit of 5 adults or a family of 6 per yurt.
Our weekends are 3 nights from Friday to Monday. We charge less for the Sunday night therefore you have the option of staying the night, or having a late check-out of 3pm on the Sunday.

The dark green squares indicate dates available to check-in. It is not possible to check in on a Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday. *If it is short notice and we appear to have availability, give us a call – we may be able to be flexible.
Between April – early July and in September/October we offer 2 night minimum midweek breaks. You can check-in on Monday or Wednesday (or Tuesday only if wishing to stay until Friday morning).
In high season and school holidays we offer Monday – Friday and Friday – Monday breaks only.
